OVERVIEW
A design lays out the framework for creating a specific system, product or process, it defines the goals and limitations, and takes into account various factors such as its aesthetics, efficiency, cost, and societal impact. The final outcome is typically a prototype, finished product or methodology that is intended for a specific context.

CHALLENGE
To effectively design, one must have a broad understanding of the entire situation. This can pose challenges, particularly in the form of social issues that may arise within the design team and at various stages of the design process. These issues may be caused by a lack of understanding of the culture, customs, or lifestyles of clients. The work environment is also crucial for the design team's success, as a comfortable and productive work atmosphere is essential. To overcome these challenges, it's important to have a diverse team of specialists from different fields and individuals who are open-minded and able to empathize with different perspectives. The most crucial aspect of the design thinking methodology is to understand the needs and problems of the intended user. People often make premature assumptions after initial research, which can lead to additional problems and hasty final solutions.
SOLUTION
Having a website that is optimized for mobile devices is essential for its success. The website should be responsive to mobile devices, and use a visual hierarchy to direct viewers' attention to the key components. The layout, including positioning, size, graphics, and contrast, should be consistent throughout the website. A visually pleasing design should be both simple and conventional. Navigation should be easy, the design should be aesthetically appealing, and the text should be easy to read. A clean design can showcase the value of your brand and content, instead of being distracting with unnecessary visuals or text. Customers often make judgments about the quality of a business or product based on its website design, so having a clean design is crucial to create a positive user experience and promote repeat visits. The color palette also plays a significant role in website design, as different colors can evoke different emotions. Therefore, it is important to consider the principles of color theory when selecting colors for your website design.
PROCESS
There is ongoing debate among designers from different fields regarding the methods used in design. Researchers Dorst and Dijkhuis have acknowledged that "there are various methods of explaining design processes." They have distinguished and compared two commonly held but distinct views of the design process: as a method of reflective action and as a method of logical problem resolution. These two paradigms, positivism and constructionism, are fundamentally different ways of looking at the world, they argue. These paradigms, which may have different names, may reflect divergent ideas about how design should be done and how it is actually done. The problem-solving perspective is sometimes referred to as the rational model, technical rationality, or the reason-centric approach. The opposing viewpoint is sometimes referred to as "reflection-in-action," "co-evolution," or "the action-centric approach." The design process is a method of determining what needs to be done and then implementing it, which can include achieving a goal, solving problems, or creating something specific.
OUTCOME
The goal of design is to create improved processes, products, services, environments, and experiences through the use of design thinking. Design outputs, such as goods, systems, and services, are created with the intent to produce specific design outcomes, including social impacts and outcomes. The design process is non-linear and often involves revisiting earlier stages, such as re-empathizing with users or having additional ideation sessions, based on testing results.
